Convention Planner is happy to offer some suggestions to create
more personalized ambiance and warm hospitality to your clients
upon their arrival at the airport. Arrival at the airport deserves
a fanfare! Your clients' first impression will set the scene for
their entire stay.
Our staff will hold the company's name and logo signage to meet-up
your client at the airport. Our Balinese hospitality, which extended
to your clients, is reflected by a warm welcome with a garland greetings
presented by some young ladies dressed traditionally and the Welcome
Banner (for group arrival only) with the company's event and logo
printed on it held by two young men dressed traditionally at a certain
place of the airport. Our staff and guide will extend their warm
hospitality and ready to assist on any problem your clients might
face upon their arrival in Bali. Brief information on the destination,
accommodation venue and what they can do during stay in Bali is
gently given on board the coach along the way to the hotel.
As a result of our experience with large group movements, baggage
are transferred by separate luggage van to the hotel. Coaches are
signed with the company's logo.
