DAY 01
Arriving Manado (D)
Meets and greets upon arrival, you'll be directly escorted up to
your choice hotel for the overnight.
DAY 02
Manado - City Sightseeing (B/L)
We will show you the exciting sight of Manado. This municipality
is the capital, commercial center, and the main gateway to North
Sulawesi Province. The land structure shows morphology of wavy slopes
and hills in the northern and central part of the city. The southern
part is made up of the mountain foot of volcanoes in central Minahasa.
The principal deep-water port of northern Sulawesi, however, is
at Bitung, about 48 km from Manado. This seaport carries trade between
one island and the others, as well as with Singapore and the Philippines.
36 km southwest of Manado is lake Tondano, which is an ideal place
for water skiing, fishing and boating. Your drive to Tondano passes
through villages and clove plantations. Other interesting sights
to visit are Japanese Cave and Chinese Temple.
DAY 03
Manado - Nature Reserve Exploration (B/L)
You will be having an opportunity to observe the Tangkoko nature
reserve on open grassland covered with a great variety of plants.
Located on the slopes of mount "Dua Saudara", the area is composed
of impressive green hills and valleys with amazingly scenic views
of natural beauty. There are black apes, maleo birds, snakes, wild
pigs, hornbills and rusa deer. Located north of Bitung, it covers
an area of 3,196 ha. Later afternoon get back at the hotel for the
night.
DAY 04
Departing Manado (B)
After breakfast is free. In time of departure, you'll be transferred
to the airport and board your onward flight to the next destination.
